Broadcanvas Art and crafts store Oxford are an established shop in the centre of Oxford.

They used an out of date e-commerce and Epos solution which they wished to replace with a more effective, completely revised e-commerce platform which would be responsive, employ a better navigation and user journey and a much improved checkout process.

Our involvement in the project provided full consultation on the sourcing of a new Epos provider that would provide all the backoffice functionality they required that would meet all of their procedural needs in terms of stock taking, sales and order management.

Our main function however was to scope, design and build their new e-commerce platform and to then integrate with their backoffice system.
